The End User Portal allows you to manage your individual Synergy account via a web portal, including the management of your passwords, contact details and address books, as well as giving you the ability to manage how your inbound calls are routed.
- The first thing you should do is log into your End User Portal
- To log in you will need your Synergy username and password. This will have been provided with your Synergy subscription details but if you do not have these details to hand please contact your internal system administrator in the first instance. To log into the Personal Agent you will need to log in with the full username in the format of UserID@domain
- When you log into your End User Portal for the very first time you will be prompted to enter your own password.
